Zonal level Miniworkshops on identified Rotary themes 
 

Zonal level miniworkshops on various Rotary topics will be conducted every2-3 months. It will be strictly limited to each Assistant Governor’s area covering 4-6 clubs of that area. It will be hosted by each and every club in the Zone on rotation basis so that every club will get an opportunity to host the workshop. It will be coordinated by the Assistant Governor of the zone under the guidance of the District Team. The theme will be declared and published in the District Directory.

   

 

  

The deliberations will be very informal without any functions or expenditure. The facilitators for the workshop will be senior Rotarians from the zone along with one member nominated for the said purpose from the District. The Counselor of the Zone/other senior Rotarian from the same zone will be the Moderator. More emphasis will be given for interaction and hands on experience. The tentative agenda will be provided by the DCC (events) and the District Secretariat.  The workshop will be clubbed with the weekly meeting of the host club. The schedule of the hosting clubs will be finalized by the respective Assistant Governor.

 

The delegates include the concerned club leaders and committee members coming from all the clubs in the zone.

 

Few of the objectives of the workshop include providing rotary information in their local language at the doorsteps of the Rotarians, create better fellowship amongst the Rotarains, develop leadership abilities at the grass root level, and provide opportunities for the knowledgeable Rotarians to share their thoughts on various Rotary topics. The AG and the host club will be recognized for proper hosting and conducting the deliberations.
