 4 WAY TEST APPLICATION1. Clubs to hold a forum of ethics and application of The 4 Way Test in the business and professional life. 2. Every Rotarian to exhibit a copy of 4 Way Test at his/her work lace. TRADE FAIRS 1. Each club or a group of two/three clubs to organize Trade fairs. 2. Maximum emphasis on Rotary image building. 3. Fund raising for The Rotary Foundation or to a good community project. CAREER GUIDANCE AND EMPLOYMENT BUREAU 1. Clubs to have at least one career guidance seminar, with special emphasis on Non conventional vocational courses. 2. Career guidance for school going children especially Xth std. students. 3. Career counseling for PUC students and for students of professional colleges. 4. Guidance classes for competitive examinations. 5. Arrange employment for the deserving students during vacations. 6. Establish employment counseling and placement services for youth at Revenue District level. VOCATIONAL AWARDS. 1. District level Vocational Award of Excellence. 2. Lower Grade level Workers Awards at club level. 3. Two outstanding personalities in a Revenue District & one Lady entrepreneur at least one in Revenue District level to be recognized with 4 Way Test Citation. ENTERPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME. 1. Various Entrepreneurship development programmes for the educated youth to be organized with the help of District Officers and also with the help of Rotarians. 2. Entrepreneurship Development Programme for woman. 3. Create awareness about the changing situation in the world of Trade and Commerce with the impact of W.T.O. FUNCTIONAL LITERACY. 1. Encourage local organizations to take up adult classes in the evening. 2. Conduct workshops for parents to create awareness of the importance of giving good education for children especially for girl child. 3. Organise functional literacy for illiterates especially for women at home. |
