Club ServiceATTENDANCE.
1. District Average 80%
2. Club Average 90%
3. Training Events 100%
4. District Conference 75%
5. For all District Events- At least 10% members of each club.
6. Revenue District Meets/Miniworkshops: At least 20% members of each club.

PROGRAMMES.
1. Ensure that every club conducts weekly meetings on the day and time and venue as per the bye-laws.
2. Encourage clubs to recite 4 WAY TEST.
3. Impart Rotary Information at every weekly meeting.
4. Invite eminent speakers for weekly meetings.
5. Well balanced weekly meetings with meticulous follow up of protocol.

FELLOWSHIP ACTIVITIES.
1. Organize Family Dinners every month.
2. Invite Partners in Service for dinner atleast once in a year.
3. One fire side meeting every alternate month to be hosted by a new member.
4. Weekly meeting notice highlighting the activities of the club.

BULLETINS, MAGAZINES & R I PUBLICATIONS.
1. Clubs to publish weekly, fortnightly or atleast monthly bulletins
2. Subscription to The Rotarian or The Rotary News Magazine is mandatory to every Rotarian.
3. Share The Rotarian / The Rotary News Magazine with partners in service and non Rotarians.
4. Donate club bulletins, magazines, and RI publications to public Library.
5. Participate in best club bulletin Competition organised at Dist.level and National level.

ROTARY INFORMATION.
1. Conduct at least two Rotary Quiz Programmes.
2. Organize rotary information meetings for non Rotarians.
3. Special Committee of knowledgeable Rotarians to be appointed at club level to find ways of imparting Rotary information.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & ROTARY ACADEMY.
1. Encourage members to participate in District level Rotary leadership development programme of Rotary Academy.
2. Every club should participate in Rotary Academy by registering a minimum of two members from small clubs & five members from large clubs.
3. Rotary Academy should conduct six workshops.
4. Continuing Rotary Education is to be given through mini workshops at Revenue District level.

DISTRICT MEETS, INTERCITY MEETS AND CHARTERDAY CELEBRATIONS.
1. Four District level intercity meets on four Avenues of Service.
2. Intercity Meets on Leadership Development and other thrust areas.
3. Four intercity meets at Revenue Dist. level on Four Avenues of Service/Miniworkshops covering other importanat topics.
4. District Meet on Water Management.

CELEBRATIONS.
1. Clubs to celebrate the Charter Night in a befitting manner, as per the guidelines from District Governor.
2. Clubs to celebrate Founders Day on 23rd Feb with Rotary Peace Conference.

DESIGNATED MONTHS.
1. Each Club to arrange meetings and programmes to highlight the activities as per the designated months.

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND RETENTION.
1. Each Club should have a net gain of 50%.
2. Clubs with 100% retention to be recognized.
3. Clubs to invite lady members to join Rotary with a goal pf two members for small and five members for bigger clubs.
4. Members sponsoring a new member to be recognized with member sponsoring Pin.

NEW AND SPECIAL ATTENTION CLUBS.
1. We will have Mentors for special attention clubs. A senior Rotarian will be appointed as Mentor.
2. Assistant Governors to pay special visits to special attention clubs to help the clubs develop in the right direction and to streamline their working and programmes.
3. Extention in a potential area with a new club in every zone is target for our year.

INTER AND INTRA DISTRCT FAMILY EXCHANGE.
1. Inter District Family Exchange - 5 exchanges
2. Intra District Family Exchange - 5 exchanges

DISTRICT SPORTS AND YOGA.
1. Revenue District level sports competitions in different discipline are to be organized and every Club to participate in the competitions. The winners of Revenue Distrct will be invited to participate at the Rotary Distrct level sports meet in different disciplines.
2. The Clubs are also encouraged to undertake Yoga Training for the members as well as other citizens in and around their area of operation.

NEW TECHNOLOGY.
1. New technology will be used extensively.New Technology Team will be established to support clubs in using New Technology.
2. Every club is encouraged to appoint Club Internet Communication Officer.
3. District will support clubs to host their own website.
4. District will have a user friendly website.

PUBLIC RELATION.
1. All kinds of efforts are to be undertaken by the clubs to enhance the image of Rotary in public.
2. Prominent citizens can be invited for the important public functions of the club such as installation, District Governor’s visit and major community projects.
3. Regular press conferences are to be arranged to give proper publicity to the various activities of the clubs.
4. Cordial relations with the media will certainly help in improving the image of Rotary.
5. Every club should make public relation grants to enhance Rotary’s Image.

CLUB ADMINISTRATION
Every club must maintain the following ongoing registers.
1. An inventory of club properties.
2. Attendance Register.
3. Minutes of Board Meetings.
4. Membership growth and personal details of every member.
5. Contribution to The Rotary Foundation.
6. Club finances and audited accounts of every year.
7. Profile of past presidents, and district officers.
8. Matching Grants, 3H grants, and WCS Projects implementation records.
9. Records of important projects.
10. Members Profile.
