There are some formalities before we take up the project like identifying needy beneficiaries.Following are the basic guidelines.

   

1.Select the beneficiary school which are need based,like select a slum school or a tribal school who are  deprived from such facilities.
2 .The school/ institution details provided should be correct.
3.The school has/ should create other facilities like Electrification ,furnitires & fixtures as required suitably. 
4.They should ensure proper use and maintenance of computers.
5. The computers will be used for learning purposes and will not be misused
6. They will have to provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic reports as required by Rotary.
7. We undertake to return the computers to Sankya to be sent to waste at the end of life of the computers or at the end of 3 years, whichever comes first.
