Description: Water supplied to Sainik School Bijapur is not potable and puts 700 children at risk of infection and illness. Many children already suffer from gastrointestinal disorders, which continually disrupt their lives and education. The project will bring safe drinking water to the school. Civic authorities will maintain the clean water supply and the Rotary Club of Bijapur Rural will contribute US$500 to the project. |
