The Council approved a change in the calculation of prorated dues. Prorated dues were calculated at one half of the semi-annual dues amount if the member joined in the first 3 months of a semi-annual period. The Council changed that calculation as follows: Thereafter for each member who is elected into membership of a club, the club shall pay per capita dues in prorated amounts until the beginning of the next semiannual period for which dues are payable. The amount payable or each full month of membership shall be one-twelfth of the per capita dues i.e.US$4.
