My Dear President
Rtn.
December is always a month of joy and happiness since it is the ending of the Calendar year and also time to celebrate the festival of joy and Christmas.
Do remember to include all the past President’s of your Club. This is a time to acknowledge what they have done for the club and the community around you. They are at times difficult to handle but are a source of strength to the Club Leader because of their vast experience gathered over the years.
We should invite them and utilise their capacities for promoting ideals of service projects of Rotary. Also felicitating them would be a good idea.

Many thanks if you have done and if not I request you to give your mite for a noble cause. Make use of the District Directory which gives you all information required on any subject of Rotary.

Are you having your Board Meetings regularly and meeting with chairman of various committees to assess last month’s service projects so that you can plan ahead well. Use the guidance of your Assistant Governor, they are excellent resource persons and can help you in many ways, be in regular contact with him/her to update yourself.
I look forward to the District Events and your participation with enthusiasm. The District has priority areas give water management importance and create awareness in your community of the need to save water which is becoming increasingly scarce. Renewal energy is another area of great importance.
The floods in Gadag, Bagalkot, Bijapur & Goa Revenue Districts has devasted life property and crops. Affected people need your help. This is the time to show your motto of “Service Above Self.” Please contribute your might to District Fund or in Kind to the Club directly.

29th August, 2009
My Dear President
Two months are over, how are you doing, are you carrying on as per your plans. Planning is important and more is execution as per your study. Since you have done your homework it will be easy now as you have to go by the set agenda.
Please make sure, you plan for the month ahead and motivate all your team to join in your endeavour to deliver Rotary Service to your own Community. This month Rotary gives us the chance to reach out to the Youth being New Generation Month. Take this opportunity to meet them and understand the current needs. They are more technology advanced and also more excited about the future.
Use the New Technology to the fullest under this programme. Also see that your reports are sent regularly and good quality photo for the G.M.L. Check with your Secretary & Treasurer whether SAR has been sent and acknowledgement received.
Keep proper records of your Programmes, Meetings and Board Meetings. If you have any difficulty you can also get in touch with my District Secretaries.

July 2009
How are you doing. Well begun is half done and I am sure you are on the right track.
August is an important month in Rotary for Membership and Extension. The future of Rotary is in your hands.
Please arrange orientation for new Members who have joined your Club recently. This is very important, utilise the knowledge of senior Rotarians from your club and also from your R. D. C.
Further invite prospective Members from your Community to these Meetings & other Projects, so that a message goes out to people what Rotary is all about.
I hope you are maintaining protocol during meetings & programmes. This is very important to maintain decorum all through the year and stick to the time, be punctual all the time.
Keep up to a proper schedule and let nothing alter this discipline. I am sure you will succeed in your endeavour 9/10.
My greetings to the First Lady and all other Ann’s. and Annette’s of your club. I shall write to you in the coming month so that you remain motivated and help your Ann to give their support at all time.
God Bless You. Best Regards.
Affectionately yours.
